천안교육지원청(교육장 차덕환)은 12월 15일 천안교육지원청 대회의실에서 관내 단설유치원과 각급학교 영양교사 및 영양사를 대상으로 '2025 학교급식관계자 배움자리'를 운영했다.

이번 연수는 명화 인문학 강의를 통해 조직 내 이해와 공감, 소통의 문화를 형성하고 한 해 동안 학교에서 운영한 영양·식생활 우수사례 공유를 통해 급식의 질적 향상과 실천 확산을 목표로 마련됐다.

연수는 권영민 인문학연구소 소장의 '반고흐 그림으로 마음을 읽다' 특강으로 시작했다. 이어 학교급식 영양·식생활 운영 우수사례 5건을 발표했다. 발표 사례는 △GAP 안심 그린 학교 △교육공동체와 함께하는 초록급식 △맛있는 배움, 건강한 성장 △'내 마음속 음식이야기' 식놀이를 활용한 영양상담이다.

송유솔 영양교사는 '교육공동체와 함께하는 초록급식'이라는 주제로 학교급식 음식물쓰레기 줄이기 공모전 최우수상 사례를 발표했다.

천안교육지원청은 대회의실 앞에 지역농산물 사용활성화를 위해 천안에서 생산된 농산물 정보와 학생참여예산제로 시행된 학교급식 음식물쓰레기 줄이기 공모전 학생 수상작 포스터 15점을 전시했다.

차덕환 교육장은 "아침 일찍부터 학생들의 급식을 위해 현장에서 일하는 선생님들의 노고에 감사한다"며 "서로의 경험과 지혜를 공유하여 학교급식이 한 단계 성장하는 자리가 되기를 바란다"고 말했다.

차덕환 교육장은 "교육지원청은 학교와 소통·협력을 통해 학교급식을 지속적으로 지원하겠다"고 덧붙였다.

The Cheonan Office of Education (Director of Education Cha Duk-hwan) operated the '2025 School Meal Stakeholder Learning Program' on December 15 at the Cheonan Office of Education Conference Room, targeting nutritionists and nutrition workers from kindergartens and schools throughout the jurisdiction.

The training program aimed to foster a culture of understanding, empathy, and communication within the organization through a lecture on classical art, and to achieve qualitative improvement in school meals and expansion of best practices through sharing nutrition and food culture cases operated by schools over the past year.

The training commenced with a special lecture titled 'Reading the Heart through Van Gogh's Paintings' by Kwon Young-min, Director of the Institute for Humanities Research. Five school meal nutrition and food culture operation best practice cases were then presented. The presentation cases included △GAP Safe Green School △Green Meals with the Educational Community △Delicious Learning, Healthy Growth △Nutrition Counseling Using Food Play from 'Food Stories in My Heart.'

Nutrition teacher Song Yu-sol presented the highest award case from the school meal food waste reduction contest with the theme 'Green Meals with the Educational Community.'

The Cheonan Office of Education displayed information on agricultural products produced in Cheonan for promoting the use of local agricultural products, and 15 student award-winning posters from the school meal food waste reduction contest conducted through the student participation budget system in front of the conference room.

Director of Education Cha Duk-hwan stated, "I express gratitude for the dedication of teachers working in the field early in the morning for students' school meals," and added, "I hope this becomes a venue where school meals advance to the next level by sharing each other's experiences and wisdom."

Director Cha further noted, "The Office of Education will continue to support school meals through communication and cooperation with schools."
