청주지법 충주지원 형사1부(부장판사 김룡)는 15일 성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 위반(특수강도강간) 등 혐의로 구속기소된 A(30대) 씨에게 징역 10년을 선고했다.

법원은 A 씨에게 10년간 신상정보 공개와 고지를 명령했다. 아동·청소년·장애인 관련 기관 취업제한도 함께 부과했다. 15년간 위치추적 전자장치 부착도 명령했다.

A 씨는 지난 7월 충북 충주시 한 상가 의류매장에서 업주 B(40대·여) 씨를 성폭행하려 했다. A 씨는 저항하는 B 씨의 다리 부위를 흉기로 찔러 상해를 입혔다.

경찰 조사 결과 A 씨는 B 씨가 자신에 대한 좋지 않은 소문을 퍼뜨려 여자친구와 헤어졌다는 이유로 범행했다.

재판부는 "피고인은 과거 동종 범죄로 실형을 선고받고 출소한 전력이 있음에도 다시 유사한 범행을 저질렀다"고 밝혔다. 재판부는 "흉기를 사전에 준비하는 등 계획성이 뚜렷하고 피해자에 대한 피해 회복도 전혀 이뤄지지 않은 점 등을 종합해 형을 정했다"고 판시했다.
