◆ 기록물 담당자 업무능력 강화 교육 추진

부여교육지원청(교육장 황석연)은 12월 9일 오후 2시 부여교육지원청 대회의실에서 학교 기록물 담당자 배움자리를 개최했다. 이번 교육은 교육행정 기록물관리 기본 개념, 기록물 생산 및 등록 방법, 원문정보공개 절차를 중심으로 진행됐다. 교육을 통해 국민의 알권리 보장을 위한 원문공개율 향상의 기반을 마련했다.

◆ 우수 담당자 포상으로 직무 의욕 제고

부여교육지원청은 배움자리 자리에서 우수 담당자에 대한 포상을 진행했다. 아울러 한 해 동안 업무를 수행한 담당자들을 격려하는 시간을 가져 교직원의 업무 의욕을 고취했다.

◆ "기록물 관리는 교육행정의 기본"

황석연 교육장은 "이번 기록물담당자 배움자리는 업무능력 습득에서 나아가 교육행정의 기본인 기록물의 중요성를 인식하고 원문공개를 통한 대국민 신뢰도를 높이는 계기가 됐다"며 "앞으로 학교 업무담당자의 업무경감과 역량 강화를 위해 지속적으로 지원하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Buyeo Office of Education (Director of Education Hwang Seok-yeon) held a training session for school record managers on December 9 at 2 p.m. in the main conference room of Buyeo Office of Education. The training focused on fundamental concepts of educational administrative record management, methods of record creation and registration, and procedures for disclosure of original documents. The program established a foundation for improving the original document disclosure rate to guarantee the public's right to information.

◆ Recognition of Outstanding Managers Enhances Work Motivation

Buyeo Office of Education awarded recognition to outstanding managers during the training session. Additionally, the office held a time to encourage managers who performed their duties throughout the year, thereby enhancing the work motivation of teaching staff.

◆ "Record Management is the Foundation of Educational Administration"

Director of Education Hwang Seok-yeon stated, "This training session for record managers served as an opportunity not only to acquire job competencies but also to recognize the importance of records as the foundation of educational administration and to increase public trust through the disclosure of original documents," and added, "We will continue to support the reduction of work burden and enhancement of competencies for school staff members."
