The public-private-police cooperation body discussed regional safety issues.

◆ 17-Year Track Record as Central Hub for Regional Safety

The Regional Public Safety Council established in 2008. Served as central role in spreading consensus on law and order establishment, expanding public safety infrastructure (CCTV, control centers, traffic facilities), and solving regional community issues including protection of elderly, children, youth, and women. Pursued realization of safe regional community through strengthening public-private-police cooperation.

◆ Additional CCTV Installation Strengthens Crime Prevention

Meeting included report on public safety status and major promotion tasks in Buyeo Police Station's jurisdiction. In-depth discussions proceeded focused on current issues requiring inter-agency cooperation. Additional CCTV installation for crime prevention and other public safety cooperation requests placed on agenda. County Governor Park Jung-hyun stated, "Maintaining close cooperation systems among related organizations essential for regional safety. Through regular public safety council meetings, strengthen cooperation systems among organizations and groups, and make best efforts to establish Buyeo County as a safe regional community."
