◆ 예산안 규모 및 심사 일정

아산시의회(의장 홍성표)는 2026년도 예산안 심사를 12월 8일부터 15일까지 진행한다. 심사 대상은 세입·세출 예산안 및 기금운용계획안이다.

2026년도 아산시 전체 예산안은 1조 9,399억 원이다. 일반회계 1조 7,457억 원, 특별회계 1,942억 원으로 구성된다. 전년 대비 1,383억 원(7.68%) 증가 규모다.

◆ 상임위원회별 검토 체계

기획행정농업위원회(위원장 전남수), 문화복지환경위원회(위원장 이춘호), 건설도시위원회(위원장 김은복)가 각 사업의 세출 예산을 검토한다. 각 위원회는 예산 편성이 시민 복리증진과 시정 발전에 효율적으로 반영되었는지 확인한다.

◆ 최종 심의 일정

예산 심사 결과는 12월 16일 예산결산특별위원회에서 종합 조정을 거친다. 12월 17일 제3차 본회의에서 최종 심의될 예정이다.

◆ Budget Scale and Review Schedule

Asan City Council (Chairman Hong Sung-pyo) will conduct its 2026 budget review from December 8 to 15. The review covers revenue and expenditure budget proposals and fund management plans.

The total 2026 budget for Asan City amounts to 1.939 trillion won. It comprises 1.746 trillion won in general accounts and 194.2 billion won in special accounts. This represents an increase of 138.3 billion won (7.68%) compared to the previous year.

◆ Review Structure by Standing Committees

The Planning and Administration Agriculture Committee (Chairman Jeon Nam-su), Culture Welfare and Environment Committee (Chairman Lee Chun-ho), and Construction and Urban Development Committee (Chairman Kim Eun-bok) will review expenditure budgets for each project. Each committee will verify whether budget allocations effectively reflect citizen welfare and municipal development.

◆ Final Review Schedule

Budget review results will undergo comprehensive adjustment at the Budget and Settlement Special Committee on December 16. Final deliberation is scheduled for the third plenary session on December 17.
