◆ 신축공사 착공
부여군이 부여지역자활센터 신축공사 착공했다. 부여군 부여읍 구교리 374-1번지 일원에 조성되는 본 센터는 2026년 6월 준공을 목표 진행 중이다. 총사업비 18억 7천만 원을 투입하며 한국자활복지개발원 지원금 10억 원이 포함된다. 연면적 537㎡ 규모 지상 2층 건물로 건설된다.
◆ 시설 구성 및 기능
센터 내부는 1층에 자활사업단 2개소 배치, 2층에 센터사무실과 교육장을 설치한다. 자활 참여자들의 안정적 근로환경 조성과 역량 강화 교육을 위한 공간으로 활용된다. 부여군은 사전 지반 조사, 문화재 시굴 조사, 기본 및 실시설계 용역을 완료했다. BF(Barrier Free) 예비인증, 제로에너지 인증, 경관심의 등 행정절차도 마쳤다.
◆ 저소득층 자립 지원 강화
부여지역자활센터는 지역 내 저소득층 대상 일자리 지원, 자활사업 운영, 교육 및 상담을 제공하는 기관이다. 신축을 통해 쾌적하고 전문적 서비스 제공 기반을 마련한다. 부여군 관계자는 "본 센터 신축은 저소득층 자립을 실질적으로 지원하는 기반을 마련하는 사업"이라며 "안정적 자활 환경 조성을 통해 지역 내 취약계층 자활·자립을 적극 뒷받침하겠다"라고 밝혔다.

◆ Facility Composition and Functions
The center places two self-reliance business units on the first floor. The second floor houses center offices and educational facilities. The space supports stable work environments for self-reliance program participants and capacity-building education. Buyeo County completed preliminary ground surveys, cultural property excavation surveys, and basic and detailed design services. Administrative procedures including BF (Barrier Free) preliminary certification, zero-energy certification, and landscape review have been finalized.

The Buyeo Regional Self-Reliance Center serves as a core institution providing job support, self-reliance project operations, and education and counseling services targeting low-income residents in the region. The new facility construction establishes a foundation for providing more comfortable and professional services. A Buyeo County official stated, "Construction of this center creates a foundation for substantively supporting the self-reliance of low-income groups," and added "Through establishing a stable self-reliance environment, we will actively support the self-reliance and independence of vulnerable groups in the region."
