◆ 당진시 체육인의 밤 개최
당진시는 4일 오후 설악웨딩홀에서 '2025년 당진시 체육인의 밤'을 개최했다. 당진시 체육회가 주관한 이번 행사에는 김송원 부회장을 비롯한 체육회 부회장단과 이사, 종목별 단체 관계자 등 300여 명이 참석했다.

참석자들은 올해 충남도민체전을 비롯한 각종 대회 개최 및 참가 성과를 공유하는 보고회를 진행했다. 당진시 체육회는 한 해 동안 당진 체육 발전에 이바지한 유공자에게 표창을 수여했다.
◆ 도민체전 종합우승 결의
참석자 전원은 내년 당진시에서 개최하는 제78회 충청남도 도민체육대회의 성공 개최와 종합우승을 다짐했다. 당진시 체육회 관계자는 "이번 체육인의 밤은 한 해를 마무리하며 서로를 격려하고 다가올 대회를 향한 열정을 함께 다지는 화합의 장"이라며 "내년 도민체전이 당진에서 성공적으로 열릴 수 있도록 모든 체육인이 한마음으로 준비하겠다"고 밝혔다. 오성환 당진시장은 "도민체전을 앞두고 어느 해보다 의미 있는 자리"라며 "모든 체육인이 주인공인 무대에서 자부심을 품고 힘을 모아 당진의 저력을 충남 전역에 보여주길 기대한다"고 말했다.
