◆ 제설 시스템 구축 및 비상 대응체계 확립

천안시가 겨울철 강설과 결빙에 따른 안전사고를 방지하고 비상 상황에 신속히 대응하기 위해 제설 시스템을 구축하고 비상 기동태세를 확립했다고 4일 밝혔다.

천안시는 기상상황별 단계별 비상 대응·협조체계와 제설취약지역 관리계획을 마련했다. 폭설 시 출퇴근 교통소통대책도 포함했다. 천안시는 제설제 1만t과 제설 장비 45대를 확보했다. 인력 104명과 마을제설반 1,035명도 투입한다.

◆ 주요 간선도로 우선 제설 및 유관기관 공조

천안시는 강설 시 시군 연결도로 등 교통량이 많은 주요 간선도로를 우선으로 제설작업을 실시한다. 국토유지관리사무소 등 유관기관과 겨울철 도로관리 공조체제를 구축해 실시간 대응한다.

천안시는 기상예보와 적설량에 따른 단계별 비상근무 체계를 구축했다. 상습 교통두절 예상 구간 등 취약 구간 순찰도 강화한다.

천안시는 고지대 급커브와 경사도로 등 중점 제설 구간을 지정해 집중 관리한다. 고가도로와 교차로 등 제설 취약구간을 조사해 인력과 장비를 사전 지정했다.

기상특보 및 강설 예상 시 취약지점에 장비와 인원을 배치해 신속한 출동태세를 갖춘다. 교통소통 취약구간과 교통통제 예상구간에 대한 우회도로도 지정했다.
