◆ 고려대 세종캠퍼스 학생 대상 프로그램 실시
세종일자리경제진흥원(원장 이홍준)은 3일 세종산학연클러스터에서 고려대학교 세종캠퍼스 재학생 약 70명을 대상으로 '지역기업 및 공공기관 탐방프로그램'을 운영했다. 이번 프로그램은 지역 우수인재의 지역 이탈을 줄이고 지역대학 청년이 세종시 내 다양한 산업과 기관을 접하며 진로 선택 폭을 넓힐 수 있도록 마련됐다.
◆ 기업 2곳·공공기관 3곳 참여
참여기업과 기관은 총 5곳이다. 로봇 의료기기 기업 휴카시스템과 화장품 제조기업 맥클린코스메틱이 참여했다. 공공기관은 세종일자리경제진흥원, 세종시설관리공단, 세종테크노파크가 함께했다. 탐방은 단순한 견학과 기업 소개뿐 아니라 현직자의 채용·직무 이야기와 질의응답으로 구성됐다. 학생들은 세종시에서 다양한 경력경로를 자연스럽게 고려해볼 수 있는 기회를 얻었다.
◆ 산학관 연계 강화 계획
이홍준 원장은 "이번 프로그램은 지역대학 학생들이 세종의 기업과 일자리를 접할 기회를 넓히는 데 의미가 있다"며 "앞으로도 산·학·관 연계를 강화해 청년들이 세종에서 미래를 설계하는 데 도움이 되도록 노력하겠다"고 말했다.

This program was designed to reduce the outflow of outstanding local talents and help young people from regional universities explore various industries and institutions in Sejong City to broaden their career options.
◆ Two Companies and Three Public Institutions Participate
A total of five companies and institutions participated. Robot medical device company Huca System and cosmetics manufacturer Macklin Cosmetic joined. Public institutions included Sejong Jobs and Economy Promotion Agency, Sejong Facilities Management Corporation, and Sejong Technopark. The tour consisted of not only simple visits and company introductions but also stories about recruitment and job duties from current employees and Q&A sessions. Students had the opportunity to naturally consider various career paths in Sejong City.
◆ Plans to Strengthen Industry-Academia-Government Cooperation
Director Lee Hong-jun said, "This program is meaningful in expanding opportunities for regional university students to learn about companies and jobs in Sejong." He added, "We will continue to strengthen industry-academia-government cooperation to help young people design their future in Sejong."
