◆ 대전시, 양자산업 QX 네트워킹 포럼 개최
대전시는 지난 4일 오노마호텔에서 '2025년도 양자산업 QX 네트워킹 포럼'을 개최했다. 한국표준과학연구원, 블루포인트파트너스가 공동 주관했다. 이번 포럼은 과학기술정보통신부와 함께 추진하는 '양자컴퓨팅 양자전환(QX) 스케일업밸리 육성사업' 2차 년도 성과를 공유하고 산·학·연·관 협력 네트워크를 강화하기 위해 마련됐다. 과학기술정보통신부, 연구개발특구진흥재단, 사업 참여기관, 전문가 등 약 100명이 참석했다.
◆ 양자기술 동향·전략 발표…기업 간 협력 논의 활발
1부에서는 양자기술 연구 성과 및 비전, QX 스케일업밸리 사업성과 공유, 양자전환 산업 협의체 운영방안, QX 핵심전략기술 우수사례가 순차적으로 소개됐다. 2부에서는 콴델라 코리아 김유석 대표가 기조강연을 진행했다. ㈜오큐티, ㈜브라이트퀀텀, ㈜큐노바 등 유망 양자기업이 핵심 기술을 발표하며 현장 협력 가능성을 제시했다. 세션 종료 후 교류 네트워크 시간에는 기관과 기업 간 실질적 협력 논의가 이어졌다.

◆ 2027년까지 140.5억 원 투입…국가 양자산업 도약 견인
최성아 대전시 정무경제과학부시장은 "양자컴퓨팅 양자전환(QX) 스케일업밸리 사업은 대덕특구만이 추진할 수 있는 특별한 사업"이라며 "첨단산업 전반 경쟁력을 높이는 전환점이 되고 있다"고 말했다. 최 부시장은 "대덕특구 차별화된 양자기술 역량이 국가 양자산업 도약으로 연결될 수 있도록 시 차원에서 적극 뒷받침하겠다"고 밝혔다. 양자컴퓨팅 양자전환 스케일업밸리 육성사업은 ICT·광·반도체 등 기존 첨단 산업기술을 양자기술로 전환해 차세대 성장동력으로 만드는 사업이다. 2027년까지 총 140.5억 원이 투입된다.

◆ Daejeon City Hosts Quantum Industry QX Networking Forum
Daejeon City held the '2025 Quantum Industry QX Networking Forum' at Onoma Hotel on December 4. Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science and Blue Point Partners co-organized the event. The forum was designed to share second-year achievements of the 'Quantum Computing Quantum Transformation (QX) Scale-up Valley Development Project' promoted with the Ministry of Science and ICT and to strengthen industry-academia-research-government cooperation networks. About 100 participants attended, including officials from the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Innopolis Foundation, project participants, and experts.
◆ Active Discussion on Quantum Technology Trends and Strategies, Inter-Company Cooperation
The first session introduced quantum technology research achievements and vision, QX Scale-up Valley project outcomes, quantum transformation industry council operation plans, and QX core strategic technology best practices. In the second session, Kim Yoo-seok, CEO of Quandela Korea, delivered a keynote speech. Promising quantum companies such as OCUTI, Bright Quantum, and Qunova presented their core technologies and suggested on-site cooperation possibilities. After the sessions, substantial cooperation discussions continued during the networking time between institutions and companies.
◆ 14.05 Billion Won Investment by 2027 to Drive National Quantum Industry Leap
Choi Sung-ah, Vice Mayor for Political, Economic and Science Affairs of Daejeon City, said, "The Quantum Computing Quantum Transformation (QX) Scale-up Valley project is a special project that only Daedeok Innopolis can pursue" and added, "It is becoming a turning point to enhance competitiveness across the advanced industry." Vice Mayor Choi stated, "We will actively support at the city level so that Daedeok Innopolis' differentiated quantum technology capabilities can lead to a leap in national quantum industry." The Quantum Computing Quantum Transformation Scale-up Valley Development Project converts existing advanced industrial technologies such as ICT, optics, and semiconductors into quantum technologies to create next-generation growth engines. A total of 14.05 billion won will be invested by 2027.
