◆ 사업 규모 및 예산 현황

금산군이 29일 금산읍 상5리·상7리에서 상리지구 뉴빌리지사업 설명회를 개최한다. 금산군은 이 사업에 총 350억 원을 투입한다. 재정 출처는 국비 150억 원, 도비 30억 원, 군비 170억 원이다. 사업 완료 목표는 2029년이다. 조성 시설은 공원, 주차장, 도로, 공동이용시설 등이다.

◆ 단계별 추진 현황

금산군은 지난해 국토교통부 노후주거지정비 지원 공모사업에 선정돼 사업을 추진 중이다. 6월 금산읍 상리지구 도시재생활성화계획을 고시했다. 10월 부지매입을 위한 보상계획 열람공고를 실시했다. 이달 감정평가를 완료했다.

◆ 향후 추진 계획

금산군 관계자는 "법령과 절차에 따라 사업을 단계별로 추진하겠다"고 밝혔다. 금산군은 필요한 행정절차를 거쳐 보상절차를 본격 추진한다.

Geumsan County selected for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's Deteriorated Residential Area Improvement Support Project last year and advancing the project. In June, announced the Urban Regeneration Activation Plan for Sangri District, Geumsan-eup. In October, implemented public notice for property acquisition compensation plan. Completed appraisal this month.

An official from Geumsan County stated, "The project advances step-by-step in accordance with laws and procedures." Geumsan County proceeds with full implementation of compensation procedures after completing necessary administrative procedures.
