◆ 다국어 음원 공식 발매
논산시 백성현 시장은 10일 아동권리송 '우리는 모두 소중해' 다국어 음원을 전 세계에 공식 발매했다. 발매 음원은 UN 공용어 6개(영어, 프랑스어, 스페인어, 러시아어, 중국어, 아랍어)와 일본어 등 총 7개 언어로 제작됐다. 대전월드비전합창단(지휘 지선)이 녹음을 담당했다. 대전월드비전합창단은 2024년 제1회 논산시 아동권리송 전국합창대회에서 대상을 수상한 대전·세종·충청 지역의 대표 아동합창단이다.
◆ 2017년 아동친화도시 인증 추진 시 제작
'우리는 모두 소중해'는 논산시가 2017년 아동친화도시 인증을 추진하며 전국 최초로 제작한 아동 권리 홍보곡이다. 2018년 관내 3개 양육시설 아동으로 구성된 '논산파랑새합창단'의 목소리로 발매된 바 있다. 이후 논산시는 2024년과 2025년 아동권리송 전국합창대회를 개최하며 노래를 통한 아동 권리 인식 확산을 주도했다.
◆ UN 아동권리송 지정 목표로 국제 협력 강화
논산시는 이번 음원 발매로 전 세계 위기 아동에게 꿈과 희망의 메시지를 전할 계획이다. '우리는 모두 소중해'가 향후 UN 아동권리송으로 지정되도록 관련 기관과 협력을 지속하고 국제적 확산을 추진한다. 음원은 멜론, 지니, 플로(FLO), 벅스, VIBE, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, TIDAL, KKBOX 등 11개 주요 음원 플랫폼에서 확인할 수 있다.

Nonsan City Mayor Baek Seong-hyun officially released the multilingual version of the children's rights song "We Are All Precious" worldwide on the 10th. The released audio was produced in seven languages: six UN official languages (English, French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and Arabic) plus Japanese. The Daejeon World Vision Choir, led by conductor Ji Sun, handled the recording. The Daejeon World Vision Choir won the grand prize at the first 2024 Nonsan Children's Rights Song National Choir Competition and serves as the representative children's choir for the Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungcheong regions.
◆ Created in 2017 During Child-Friendly City Certification Process
"We Are All Precious" was created as the nation's first children's rights promotional song when Nonsan City pursued child-friendly city certification in 2017. The song was released in 2018 in the voice of the "Nonsan Bluebird Choir," composed of children from three child-rearing facilities in the city. Subsequently, Nonsan City held children's rights song national choir competitions in 2024 and 2025, leading efforts to expand awareness of children's rights through music.
◆ Strengthening International Cooperation with Goal of UN Children's Rights Song Designation
Nonsan City plans to deliver messages of dreams and hope to vulnerable children worldwide through this audio release. The city will continue cooperation with related organizations so that "We Are All Precious" can be designated as a UN children's rights song in the future and will actively promote international expansion. The audio can be found on 11 major music platforms including Melon, Genie, FLO, Bugs, VIBE, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, TIDAL, and KKBOX.
