양씨는 피해자 A씨의 집에서 공사 소음이 발생하자 흉기를 들고 범행을 저질렀다. 흉기에 찔린 A씨는 아파트 관리사무소로 피신했다. 양씨는 자신의 차량을 몰고 관리사무소로 돌진해 문을 부쉈다. 양씨는 다시 A씨에게 다가가 흉기를 휘둘렀다. A씨는 심정지 상태로 병원으로 이송됐으나 끝내 숨졌다.

경찰은 현재 천안동남경찰서 유치장에 수감 중인 양씨를 12일 오전 10시 검찰로 송치할 예정이다.
