◆ 훈련 추진 배경과 개요

홍성교육지원청은 10일 민원실 근무자와 비상대응팀을 대상으로 민원실 비상상황 대비 모의훈련을 실시했다. 교육장 임광섭 지휘 아래 진행된 훈련은 민원인 응대 과정에서 발생 가능한 폭언과 폭행 상황을 실제 시나리오로 구성해 전개했다. 직원 침착한 대응, 비상벨 작동, 경찰 등 유관기관과의 신속한 공조 등 전 과정을 점검했다.

홍성경찰서 범죄예방대응과 및 오관지구대와 협력한 훈련에서 비상대응팀은 경찰 도착 전까지 민원인 제지와 경고, 상황 녹화, 민원공무원 대피 등의 임무를 수행했다. 훈련을 통해 민원실 내 CCTV, 웨어러블캠, 비상벨 등 안전장비가 정상 작동함을 확인했으며, 홍성경찰서와의 공조 체계가 안정적으로 구축되어 있음을 검증했다.

◆ 향후 계획 및 담당자 입장

홍성교육지원청은 지속적이고 주기적인 모의훈련을 통해 민원 담당 공무원이 안심하고 근무할 수 있는 환경을 조성할 계획이다. 행정과장 김영삼은 "민원인의 위법행위로부터 민원 담당 공무원을 보호하는 체계를 강화해 안전한 민원 환경 조성에 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.

The drill confirmed that safety equipment including CCTV, wearable cameras, and emergency bells in the civil petition office operated normally and verified that the cooperative system with Hongseong Police Station was established stably.
