◆ 교육 실시 개요

단양군의회는 24일 의장실에서 의원·의회사무과 고위직 공무원 대상 '2025년 고위직 맞춤형 폭력 예방 교육'을 실시했다. 이상훈 의장이 주재한 이날 교육은 4대 폭력 사전 예방과 성에 대한 올바른 가치관 함양·성평등 인식 제고를 목표로 추진됐다.

◆ 교육 내용 및 진행

교육은 한국양성평등교육진흥원 김가경 강사가 진행했다. 강의는 성희롱·성폭력·성매매·가정폭력에 대한 개념 정리부터 관련 법령 기초 사례 중심으로 구성됐다. 특히 리더십 관점의 폭력 예방 전략과 즉각적 대응 체계 구축 등 실질적 내용 중심으로 진행되어 참석자들이 높은 공감대를 형성했다.

◆ 의장 발언 및 조직 문화 개선 방향

이상훈 의장은 "성과 폭력에 대한 올바른 인식과 태도 유지가 자연스러운 폭력 예방으로 이어진다"며 "의원 포함 고위직부터 솔선수범해 건강한 조직과 지역 문화 형성에 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Instructor Kim Ga-kyung from the Korean Institute for Gender Equality Education and Training conducted the lecture. The instruction comprised concept clarification on sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual trafficking, and domestic violence, followed by case-based learning rooted in relevant legal frameworks. Particularly, the program focused on practical content including violence prevention strategies from a leadership perspective and establishment of immediate response systems, generating high consensus among participants.

Speaker Lee Sang-hoon stated, "Maintaining correct perception and attitude toward gender issues and violence naturally leads to violence prevention," and pledged, "Starting with senior officials including council members, we will lead by example and make our utmost efforts to build a healthy organizational and community culture."
