◆ 위반 적발 시 강한 처벌

단속에 적발된 가맹점과 이용자는 관련 법과 조례에 따라 현장계도, 등록취소, 과태료 부과, 부당이득 환수 등 조치를 받는다. 황선돈 경제정책과장은 "지역사랑상품권은 소비자 소비 여력 확보와 가맹점 매출 증대로 지역경제 활성화를 기여한다"며 "부정유통에는 강하게 엄벌해 신뢰성을 확보하겠다"고 밝혔다.
